John Bostain is the President of Command Presence Training. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran and a former public safety professional.  For the past 27 years, John has been a nationally recognized speaker and trainer, engaging with more than 50,000 professionals throughout North America on the topics of leadership, organizational development, and safety.

Dr. John Robison has been serving in executive leadership roles since 2011. The last eight years, he has enjoyed serving as the Director of a public safety agency with over 250 employees. John’s experience and research have demonstrated to him that making leadership about those you lead is a tremendous benefit to the employees as well as the organization as a whole.
